We recognise that not everyone has the time or sometimes the inclination, to do all of the research often required, to find the ideal property overseas, be it a holiday home, an investment opportunity or something more permanent in another country.
So Sun and Sand are pleased to be able to offer a solution to this, by providing a tailored search service, where we do all the work for you in researching the best properties, in the area(s) you are interested in, that meets all your requirements. We will personally visit all the properties, take photographs and video footage and send this to you, for you to peruse. You can then either use this information to decide, which properties you want to visit yourself and we will set up the visits, or if you prefer to make a remote purchase, we can finalise the sales process on your behalf.
We have a network of contacts throughout the USA and The Caribbean, who are ready and waiting to work on your behalf and the good news is, there is no cost to you for this service, as our fee is paid by the seller.
